What kind of restaurant is Carneya?
Opened in 2007 by chef Isami Takayama, Carneya is a pioneer of aged-beef “meat-Italian” in Tokyo — red meat and game from across Japan, finished with charcoal and time.
What are your hours and closing days?
Lunch 12:00–15:00 (L.O. 14:00); Dinner 18:00–23:00 (L.O. 21:30). Closed Sundays and the 1st & 3rd Mondays.

Is there more than aged beef?
